Projects

Separate keys, credits, usage and invoices under one sign-in.

A project is a separate account under your sign-in. Use one per team, client or app.

What each project has

Part Per project
API keys Yes. A key belongs to the project it was made in and spends that project's credits.
Credits, top-ups and auto top-up Yes. Each project has its own wallet, saved card and invoices.
Usage and activity Yes. The dashboard and Activity show the active project only.
AI providers Yes. A provider key added in one project serves that project. If you sell its spare capacity, your other projects' use of it is your own use: it is never paid to you.
Routing and privacy settings Yes.
Referral code Yes. One of your projects cannot refer another. You can enter someone's code in one of your projects only, and only while none of your projects has a top-up.

Make and switch projects

  1. Open the menu at the top left. It shows the active project. Your first project is Personal.
  2. Type a name under New project and press Create. The new project becomes active.
  3. Pick another project in the same menu to switch to it.

A name has 1 to 60 characters, cannot contain @, and is unique among your projects. You can have up to 20 projects. A deleted project does not count toward the 20, and a new project can take its name. You can make at most 100 projects in all, deleted ones included; past that, write to support. Rename the active project under Project name on /settings/preferences.

Rules

  • The first top-up bonus is once per person, not per project. The first project you fund gets it; a later project's first top-up gets none. See Bonus and referral credit.
  • The most a new person can add in their first 24 hours is counted across all their projects, from when the first project was made. See Wallet and top-ups.
  • A suspension applies to you, not to one project: every project stops, and every project comes back when it is lifted.
  • Credits do not move between projects.
  • A tab left open on one project refuses to save after you switch to another project elsewhere. Reload it.
  • Delete project on Preferences deletes the active project only: its keys stop, and its balance and records stay. You stay signed in on your oldest remaining project. Deleting your last project signs you out.
  • Lifting a suspension never brings back a project you deleted. Support can restore a deleted project if you ask: it comes back with its balance and records, and you make new keys. Support cannot restore it while your account is suspended, while you have 20 projects, or while another of your projects has its name.
