Reasoning Tokens
Set reasoning effort and read reasoning usage.
The reasoning object accepts effort as a string, max_tokens as an integer token budget, and exclude as a boolean.
The Anthropic Messages API also accepts thinking and max_tokens.
Inspect completion_tokens_details.reasoning_tokens when the host reports it.
