Refunds

A refund removes the refunded top-up amount from the wallet. The matching referral credit is reversed for the refunded amount, no more than the credit still available. If the refund covers the qualifying first top-up, the first-funding bonus is reversed. Partial refunds use the payment's cumulative refunded amount and never exceed the top-up. A payment that settles above the first-day $50 USD cap is refunded in full.
