Put PLAINGATEWAY_API_KEY in LibreChat environment configuration.
Add an endpoint under endpoints.custom in librechat.yaml with name, baseURL: 'https://plaingateway.com/api/v1', apiKey: '${PLAINGATEWAY_API_KEY}', and models.fetch: true.
