Principles

The API follows OpenRouter paths, fields, response shapes, and error bodies. Model prices are published in the catalog, with our price next to list price. Customer price is list price minus the global discount; each model page shows both. The default route pins a host for each model, and failover can select another eligible host. We do not train on request data. Check each model page for the serving host and its retention policy. Every request reports its host and cost. Check the public status page at status.plaingateway.com for service status and the latency board.
