Credits

The minimum top-up is $5 USD in whole dollars. A new account can fund at most $50 USD in its first 24 hours. The limit counts paid top-ups and open or pending checkouts until their outcomes are final. A late payment over the limit is refunded in full and adds no credit. Today, the first top-up of at least $5 USD adds a $5 USD bonus. The billing service posts the delta for each closed usage hour every 5 minutes. Check GET /credits for total credits and usage.
