Payouts

Referral earnings become wallet credit by default within 1 minute of a cleared payment. The product rule offers cash opt-in after earned credit exceeds $100 USD in a month, paid monthly after a 30-day hold and tax forms through Stripe Connect or PayPal. Cash payouts are not built in the billing service yet. Until they are available, earnings remain wallet credit.
