Management API Keys

The planned management surface lists, creates, updates, and deletes keys, including limits and expiry. These operations require a provisioning or management key. No management-key case was recorded because the recorder had no provisioning key. The gateway README does not document management request paths or response bodies, so verify the exact contract before making calls. See API keys for the recorded current-key endpoint.
