Use @ai-sdk/openai-compatible and createOpenAICompatible({ name: "plaingateway", apiKey: process.env.PLAINGATEWAY_API_KEY, baseURL: "https://plaingateway.com/api/v1" }). Pass a catalog model ID to the provider.
